Cancellation Policy

When booking a lash appointment there is a $20 non refundable lash deposit that is due , same day cancellation your remaining balance is still due if unable to pay . The client will be blocked from future bookings , no call no show there will be no future bookings , there is a 10 min grace period once 10 mins late there is a late fee charge 15 mins late there is a cancellation, no kids , no extra people , once the client cancels they will forfeit their lash deposit , cash only for all service remaining balance , card swipe will be a extra fee , clients must cancel at least 24-48hrs in advance to be able to re use their lash deposits at future appointment client will have at least 30 days to rebook with past deposit unless I make a exception, daily text reminder of lash appointments will be sent out at 8am day of the lash appointment mask is required during the full appointment time , if you are sick please cancel or try to reschedule your appointment please come makeup free , oil free
